A Creative Arts & Media Festival Xtra Utsav is a vibrant creative arts & media festival, Hosted in the heart of the city; that seeks to unearth the Xtraordinary from the seemingly ordinary. Come discover your creative side. Foot stomping music, Live Bands, Dance, Spectacular Drama, Hilarious Comedy, Creative Visual Art, Short films and thats not all, you also get to try your hand at pottery, sketching, face painting, card-making, basket weaving, folk art and much, much more.
